WHEREAS, New Hope is committed to eliminating all forms of sexual
violence through education and community action across Grant County; and
WWEREAS, New Hope promotes healthy services for survivors of sexual
assault; and
VMEREA,S, New Hope encourages every community in Grant County to
help eliminate sexual violence by working together to promote social change.
NOW THEREFORE, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County in the state of Washington, do hereby proclaim Apr12o26 as:
SEX UAL ASSAULT AWARENESS MONTH
in Grant County, and we urge all individuals and communities to join us in this
special observance..
