RE: Request to Transfer Funds for LTAC
As part of the beginning of the year process, the LTAC transfers funds that are awarded to the
Tourism Advisory Committee and the Grant County Historical Museum from LTAC Grants.
On November 4, 2025, the County Commissioners awarded the Grant County Tourism
Advisory Committee a grant of $332,552.00 for calendar year 2026, and the Grant County
Historical Museum a grant of $10,000.00 for calendar year 2026.
This transfer allows Tourism and the Museum to pay invoices monthly and will be reconciled
in December 2026 with accounting to ensure any remaining funds are returned to the LTAC
fund.
