lower the project cost and incorporate LEED silver and material specifications for state and federal grant
eligibility; 2) provide for project management and support through the building permit application and
thereafter depending on the complexity of the process; 3) create a final construction cost estimate to
provide the basis for the capital stack needed for construction; and 4) develop a business plan for the
community center. These additional services will ensure that the project is not only permit ready, but
will also, maximize grant eligibility
The committee is recommending the $319,500 grant request.
Motion made by Chuck Allen, seconded by Scott Hunter, unanimously approved
