Seasonal Summer Aids are hired to support Summer events, including the fair. The objective is to hire
2 seasonal employees that wrill support the office and S seasonal employees that. -wTill support
Groundskeeper activities (for a total of 5). Hiring seasonal employees reduces the potential for
required oveitime and is necessary to meet organizational objectives during this period of the year.
Moreover, it allow-s the Fairgrounds to maintain and potentially expand upon the events it hosts.
