Where is a sustained and Significant demand for psychiatric medication management sera ices, and it is essential that we maintain reliable access to these serx4ces for Grant County residents. our current capacity includes one onsite ARNP, one telehealth ARNP, and a contracted telehealth psychiatrist who pro-vides approximately eight hrs of serVice/week. These providers form a limited but critical prescriber network needed to meet ongoing community needs and avoid gaps in care. At present, we pad' approximately l-8R—$2oR dollars per month under our existing professional services contract for these prescribing ser-vgces. Transitioning to an employed ARNP who can provide senices onsite (with the option of telehealth as appropriate) has the potential to reduce overall program casts while preserving, and potentially expanding, access to care. This shift would allow us to reinvest any sax ngs into strengthening clinical capacity; & improN ing continutiy of care of clients.
