We would Uke to point out several other tocations that we feet should be inctuded in the Golf Cart zone and were part of our request of February 23, 2024 and subsequentLy in the Grant County Commissioners office during a public hearing on August 26, 2025. At that meeting our board president, Mark ""Remy" Remington provided the overallmap and described why additional street locations should be taken into consideration for zoning purposes. We had at least 3 community residents present to the commissioners at that meeting. Enclosed is the map of the original request for the streets we felt would most benefit from the zoning change and we have "marked up" the November 19, 2025 Notice of Apptication & Proposed DNS map on the back side of that mailing in blue. The golf course has 2 crossings on Westshore north near where Westshore bends 90 degrees east towards the take. Future home growth is expected in that area. Our developer has plans for several other smaller streets within our overall association which we have noted. One challenge homeowners on Edwards DR NE face is the intersection of RD 4 and Westshore as we turn south on Westshore. Traffic approaching northbound on Westshore creates a potential traffic safety issue as that is a blind left hand -r turn due to how the road was configured. Lastly outside of our neighborhood as several homes on RD F that are avid golfers and use RD F to drive to the golf course. This is a section of RD about 200 yards tong, south of RD 4 on RD F. We took forward to participating in the next open meeting if one is open to the public.
