There are more, needs with the housing program that aren't already captured in. the day to day services
advocates are already doing. An additional advocate FTE will. handle the immense housing intake
packets required by HUD and coordinate the process for our department in their advocacy work.
Capacity -Current advocates are booked to capacity. Growing number of clients needing emergency
financial assistance.
Additional FTE will relieve the capacity issue.
Paperwork -HUD requires an extremely large amount of paperwork for the intake process in one of
four areas.
