We are requesting an 'increase to the hourly rate of our Pro Tem Judge to match the wage of the judges, and to keep up with the industry standard and keep the pay at the quality of people/Judges to hear our conflict matters. This position is pai-t time/hourly and right now only works one day per month for a docket and sometimes covers additional dockets throughout the year as needed when Judges are unavailable or at tramings with the possibility of reviewing Ex Parte filings.
