There is a Therapist vacancy due to a recent resignation from a Therapist in the Quincy office. There
is a need to backfill this position due to the demand for outpatient mental health services, which
i continues to exceed current clinical capacity. Moreover, Renew is experiencing ncreased referral
volume and longer waitlists for therapy services.
There are also many clients that require consistent and specialized clinical intervention. Finally, there
are growing expectations from referral sources to demonstrate access, continuity of care, and
measurable outcomes.
Without sufficient therapeutic staffing, delays in care increase the risk of symptom escalation, crisis
semce utilization, emergency department visits, and client disengagemerYL.
