ADMINISTRATOR 1. Approve request to purchase custom video equipment from CDW-G in the amount of $14,818.18 for the new Jail. Funding will come from the jail construction fund. AUDITOR'S OFFICE 2. Approve payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing, and made available to the Board. 3. Meld from the 11133125 Consent Agenda: Approve Resolution for Creation of New Fund 171— Current Expense Travel Funds to be used for 2026 travel expenses for Current Expense. COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE 4. Approve Commissioner's Minutes for the week of December 11 2025 5. Approve Commissioner's Minutes for the week of December 8, 2025 6. Approve request to change the Grant County privately owned vehicle (POV) mileage reimbursement rate from $0.70/mile to $0.725/mile to keep in line with the GSA rate. 7. Approve invoice from Coulee Creative Co. in the amount of $13,713.50.00 to be paid from Fund 114.0000 (Tourism). 8. Approve reimbursement request from Renew on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) in the amount of $1,,470.00 for'Veteran Services in November 2025. 9. Approve extension request from McKay Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center on the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) 2024-07 to March 20, 2026. Current project end date is February 10, 2026. 10. Approve recommendation of appointment to the Grant County Homeless Housing Task Force representing the City of Moses Lake, Primary Member. Approve recommendation of appointment to the Grant County Board of Health Seat #7 — Community Stakeholder. Term is January 20.,2026 — December 31, 2027. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES 13. Approve out of state request for Jim Anderson -Cook,, Director., to attend the National Association of Counties (NACO) Legislative Conference in Washington DC from 2/19/26-2/25/26 for the estimated cost of $3,,150.00. FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE 14. Approve change order and request to purchase Secure Asset Managers (SAMs) to control access for keys and kitchen knives at the new jail, in the amount of $101,916.60. JUVENILE COURT AND YOUTH SERVICES 15. Approve Resolution and request to Surplus a Mototola CB car radio (Asset# 104537/SN: 103TPGB470) that was removed from vehicle 616. This is no longer needed and will be disposed of in a designated waste container. NEW HOPE / KIDS HOPE 16. Approve Commercial Lease Agreement with Mario and Cindy Padilla for the Kids Hope office lease space located in Suite D of 306 Beach St,, Moses Lake. Cost is $2,800.00 per month (annual increases) with a term of 12/1/2025 — 11/30/2030. PROSECUTING ATTORNEYS OFFICE 17. Approve Appointment of Oath of Office of Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Christopher Riese to perform and render legal assistance and counsel regarding the duties and responsibilities pertaining to Darryl Pheasant, the duly elected Treasurer of Grant County. Approve In -State Travel for Bryan Hurst to attend a Competent Person Training for Fall Protection in Yakima, WA from 3/25/26 — 3/26/26 for the approximate cost of $835.59. 19. Approve Resolution Notice of Hearing for the vacation of Viewmont Drive if Dune Lakes, Final PUD Plat located in S 3,, T 18 N., R 28 E, WM. Hearing will be scheduled for 2/17/26 at 11:30 a.m. 20. Approve Resolution initiating County Road Project CRP 26-01 for Drumheller Road —Phase 4 Rock Clearing (Center Section), ditching and culvert installation. REET I funds will be utilized. 21. Approve Authorization to Call for Bids to purchase qty. 3 Rock Rakes. Bid Opening is 2/17/26 at 9:00 a.m. at Public Works. Approve Out of State Travel request for Executive Director Dell Anderson and the following staff: Gonzales, Garcia, Garza, Padilla, Sanches, Ruiz, Nunez, Davidson, and Hunt to attend a Quest for Excellence Conference from 3/29/26-4/1/26 in Baltimore, MD. Estimated cost is $38,188.20. 23. Approve Designated Crisis Responder designation for LaVyonne Barnes. 24. Approve Out of State Travel request for Reyna Gonzales and Jonathan Much to attend Managers Skills Workshop in Atlanta GA from 4/7/26-4/9/26. Estimated cost is $3,923.00. SHERIFF'S OFFICE 25. Approve request for Chief Deputy Beau Laurens to digitally sign a FLOCK order form / agreement to allow access to view data related to license plate reader cameras. Term is 24 months with a total cost of $61,000.00. TREASURER'S OFFICE 26. Approve Annual Adoption of the Grant County Investment Policy that was adopted via Resolution No. 2021-1 in 2021.
