Authorization to Purchase
Commercial building video projectors and screens
Capital budget request: $25,000 — approved with 2026 budget (Beet 2)
I didn't budget enough for both sound and video so we will start with the video
piece.
I will be getting three quotes for each component and can buy them separately if
needed. Quote is based on a project plan from Protech audio visual.
(2) Epson L795SE 7000 Lumen, 4K short throw projectors
(2) DA-Lite Cosmopolitan 87 x 139 high contrast low voltage automatic screens
(2) low profile projector mounts
(2) adjustable extension pole columns for the mounts
(2) ceiling plate connector
(1) Barco CX-20 Clickshare conferencing button to allow the daisy chaining of both
projectors.
Installation will be handled by our maintenance staff.
