Request approval from Grant County Mosquito Control District No. 1 for permission to operate within the boarders of Grant County for the purpose of mosquito abatement for the 2026 year. 11. Purchase request from Coulee Creative for TripAdvisor Campaign in the amount of $4,500.00. This purchase is over the dollar limit of the 2025 Coulee Creative Co. Contract and must be approved by the BOCC prior to purchase. 12. Approve a Notice of Approval to Hear Property Tax Appeals to the Grant County Legislative Authority, from the Board of Equalization, for the purpose of hearing appeals filed for the current year. 13. Term is from January 1, 2026 — December 31., 2026. 14. Held from the 1219125 Consent Agenda: Approve request for Rachelle Baughman (Coulee Creative Co) to sign on behalf of Grant County for the 2026 Social Media Management and Digital Marketing Services agreement with Westwind Media LLC in the amount of $70,320.00. Term is January 1, 2025 — December 31, 2026. 15. Approve Submission Letter to the Washington State Department of Commerce, Housing Division, for the Grant County Five -Year Homeless Housing Plan (2025-2030) FAIRGROUNDS 16. Approve and memorialize an Addendum to an existing contract with Placer Al to allow all tourism -related county staff to access the software (incl. Tourism Advisory Committee, Lodging Tax Advisory Committee,, BOCC and Fairgrounds). The original contract was reviewed by legal and was signed as a sole source. Total amount is $37,000 ($7,000 from Fairgrounds; $2,000 from Central Services; and $28,000 from Tourism). 17. Request approval to increase 2026 prices, more than was originally approved. Their goal is to break even for the operations. PURI IC WORKS 18. Resolution to delegate road engineer authority for private development engineering activities to Juliana Fries,, PE. This will be effective January 1, 2026. 19. Resolution to delegate road engineer authority for ER&R program administration to John Brissey. This will be effective January 1,, 2026. 20. Approve request to add Vehicle Category 81 titled Motor Pool —Small Car/SUV/Truck, with lifespan of 10 years or 100,,000 miles. The rates will be $0.74 per mile, the combined depreciation and replacement cost of $0.53 and the maintenance and operation cost of $0.21. Vehicles used less than 10,000 miles/year will be changed to $7,400/year, paid monthly. 21.
