Request Summary:
Decorah Anderson -Cook requests approval to roll over any annual leave in excess of the
24o-hour maximum at the end Of 2025. Due to several ongoing HR initiatives and the
county software implementation, I have not been able to use all of my earned annual
leave.
Total Annual Leave to Rollover: Approximately 16 hours
HR Director Recommendation:
I have reviewed this request along with any applicable
policy and contract language.
