Request Sunnuary:
Tom Gaines requests approNral to roll over any annual leave in excess of the 240-hour
maximum at the end Of 2.025. Due to several ongoing county projects, added duties as
the Interim County Administrator, and an extended budget season, Tom has not been
able to use his earned annual leave.
Total Annual Leave to Rollover: 61.2hours
HR Director Recommendation:
I have reviewed this request along with any applicable
policy and contract language.
