Greetings Mrs. Vasques and to all commissioners. I would like to have this quick note presented at the
next commissioners meeting if possible. Earlier this year I attended a commissioners meeting and did
a presentation requesting help to trade two of my lots fora non buildable lot next to my shop. after weeks
of back and forth with the county planning dept. And the auditors office which both told me it just
simply couldn't be done , commissioner Burgess took the lead and proposed a simple lot line
adjustment and quit claim process between me and my neighbors the Flores family. Commissioner
Burgess worked with both departments and the process has finally been completed and recorded.
Thank you commissioner Burgess for your hard work on this process and all you do for the citizens of
Grant county.
