Current due date is 12/10/25, requested date is 2/10/26. 4. Approve Federal Interagency Agreement between WA State Department of Commerce and Grant County for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Public Services Grant No. 25-64210-002 in the amount of $132,000. Public Services are through OIC of Washington with a term of 7/1/25-6/30/26. 5. Approval of Commissioners Minutes for the week of October 27, 2025. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES 6. Approval of an Interagency Agreement with Washington State Department of Commerce and Grant County through Growth Management Services (Contract No. 26-63114-017 for GMA Periodic Update Grant FY2026 in the amount of $350,000.00. Also, surplus of all milking parlor equipment as it is outdated and no longer needed. All equipment will be placed on www.govdeals.com for sale. PROSECUTING ATTORNEYS OFFICE 8. Approval of an Appointment and Oth of Office of Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Leslie Nellermoe of Nossaman LLP for remedial actions relative to environmental, Superfund Site and Landfill matters.
