CALL TO ORDER
The Grant County Commissioner's Session was called to order at 8:30 a.m. with
Commissioners Jones and Burgess in attendance. Commissioner Carter was out and
excused.

1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by
RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified
by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on

$3,846.00 and will be paid from the Musuem Maintenance fund. (It
was determined by the Clerk that Commissioner Carter must abstain
as she was not physically present and her signature could not be
notarized).

17. Approve Appointment of Oath of Office of Special Deputy
Prosecuting Attorney for Anthony Menke of Menke Jackson Beyer,
LLP to perform and render Legal assistance and counsel regarding
labor Law, employment Law and personnel matters. Term is 1/1/26 -
12/31/26.
18. Approve Appointment of Oath of Office of Special Deputy
Prosecuting Attorney for William Dow of Floyd, Pflueger, Kearns,

30. Approval of a Shared Services Agreement for sharing Technology
Services, equipment, and technical personnel between Grant
County and Municipalities (specifically the Royal City Police
Department). Term is in force until terminated by either party.
31. Approve Purchase Order No. 1053 to Harris Govern in the amount
of $40,877.64.00 for annual renewal of PALS Collections Web Portal.
and E-Reet Web Portal used by the Treasurer's Office. Term is
