The Baltimore Marriott Waterfront is located at 700 Aliceanna Street, Baltimore, MID, just eleven miles from
BaltimoreMashington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. While there are other hotels in the area, please
help us make our room night commitment by staying in. the conference hotel.
All hotel room reservations must be made through Showcare. Rooms in the block will not be available
directly from the Marriott. Book your hotel room online at the same time you complete your
conference registration. Rooms must be reserved by March 2, 2026.

Once the Quest conference room block. is closed on March 10, the conference rate will no longer be
available. You may call the hotel directly at 410-385-3000 or book online to reserve a room at the

hotel in the East Harbor area of Baltimore. There are several options to.choose from, qII within a short

Workshops are not a pre -requisite for attending the conference. Separate registration required, not
included in full conference registration- does not include Conference or Sunday Award Ceremony and
reception attendance.
Paymentis due with all registrations. Payments must be made in U.S, currency. Payment options include
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check, purchase order and money order. Note-. ASQ/Amen can

Checks and money orders must be drawn on a U.S. financial institution and made payable to
MBNQA c/o ASQ. Checks or purchase orders must be accompanied by a copy of the registration
confirmation re al to you and mailed to the address below and received prior to the event:

All unpaid registration balances must be paid on -site at the conference and paid by credit card or
checklmoney order drawn on a U.S. financial institution. Note that it is the attendee's responsibility
to make sure institution purchase orders have been paid, Purchase orders must be paid in full before
registration credentials can be issued. All international orders must be prepaid, no foreign purchase
orders are accepted.
Do not transmit any credit card 'Information via email. You will receive confirmation of your registrations
by email.
Requests for cancellation received on or before March 2, 2026, will receive a full refund. Requests
received between March 3, 2026, and March 23, 2026, will incur a $200 processing fee. No requests for
reimbursement for cancellations will be accepted after March 23, 2026. Substitutions may be made at
any time.
