If necessary, was this document reviewed by accounting? ❑ YES ❑ NO X N/A If necessary, was this document reviewed by legal? ❑ YES ❑ NO 0 N/A DATE OF ACTION: DEFERRED OR CONTINUED TO: APPROVE: DENIED ABSTAIN D2: D3: 4/23/24 WITHDRAWN: RECEIVED GRANT COUNTY COMMISSIONERS BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Grant County, Washington RESOLUTION INITIATING COUNTY ROAD PROJECT DESIGNATED AS CRP NO.26-01 RESOLUTION No. 26- 0, 0, -CC WHEREAS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT Drumheller Road - Phase 4 Rock Clearing (Center Section), Ditching, Culvert Installation State Road Log No. 40555 from milepost 4.63 to milepost 8.87 be improved as follows: This project will clear large rocks the full 60' wide Right -of -Way, for approximately 1.0-mile length at the center of the Drumheller project. The ditching will be on the South end of the Drumheller project. The culvert installation will be at the milepost 5.81. The construction staking for the Right -of -Way lines was previously conducted with the 2023 Drumheller design work. In addition, a Licensed Land Surveyor set the Road Monuments for the Right -of -Way along with the 2023 Drumheller design work. The rock clearing and grading work is to be conducted by County Forces. This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
