RE: Time extension request - McKay Healthcare - Strategic Inftavtructure Project- SIP Grant

Dear Ms. Stockton:
We are requesting a time extension. for use of the remaining unspent funds in the above referenced
grant from February 10, 2026 to March 20, 2026. While McKay Healthcare's contractor, Rice
Fergus Miller, is diligently working to complete the final Q I/ QC review and revisions to the
final construction ready drawings, additional time is requested to allow time for the owner to
review the -final version of the drawings and for the architect to make final edits based on that
review. This time extension will also allow time for processing the remaining billing, and
reimbursements within the SIP project term.
