Vasquez, Clerk of the Board Date: January 14, 2026 Re: Request for Change to County Mileage Reimbursement Rate Hello Commissioners, Grant County's current mileage reimbursement rate is $0.70 per mile. As of January 1, 2026, the U.S: General Services Administration (GSA) mileage rate is increased to $0.725 per mile (documentation attached). With agreement from the Auditor's Office, I am recommending BOCC approval to implement the increased mileage reimbursement rate of $0.725 per mile Countywide, effective as of January 20, 2026. As of January 1, 2026, the personal vehicle mileage reimbursement rate is increased from $0.70 per mile to $0.725 per mile (full rate chart attached).
