The jail contains video teleconference rooms where inmates can communicate vie online
platforms (Zoom, Teams) with their attorneys or to hold court proceedings.
The nature of the jail construction caused us to create a custom installation of hardened video
equipment which would not normally be a product you could purchase off the shelf.
We worked with partners at CWG a state contracted IT equipment vendor and have a solution
that makes this work.
The total cost is $14,818.18 and I would appreciate the Boards approval for this purchase.
It will be funded by jail construction funds.
