Ephrata, WA 98823
A record of the complaint(s) and action taken will be maintained. A decision by the Board of County
Commissioners Chair will be rendered within fifteen (15) days.
Step 2:
If the complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction by the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) Chair,
it will be heard and discussed by the full BOCC at an open, public meeting. A written decision will be made
within thirty (30) working days. The decision of the BOCC is final.
