RESOLUTION TO DECLARE RESOLUTION No. 25- ((4 -CC
SURPLUS MISC. GRANT COUNTY
FAIRGROUNDS EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, The Grant County Fairgrounds has the following equipment:
• Beverage Cooler -value $500.00
• Keg Cooler -value $750.00
• Utility Trailer -value $200.00
• International Swather-$100.00
• Massey Ferguson Swather-$100.00
• Two (2) Massive Gates —value $2,000.00
• Phone Booth —value $100.00Gravel road rake -value $500.00
WHEREAS, The Grant County Fairgrounds has determined that these items are no longer
needed; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Fairgrounds is requesting that the Grant County Board of
Commissioners declare surplus these items; and
WHEREAS, once surplused, they will be placed on the www.govdeals.com website for sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the above -named items held by the Fairgrounds.
