As the level of services afforded by Renew has expanded, in conjunction with sustained demand for services currently offered, the current FTE level is not sufficient and will result in an unsustainable backlog in terms verification of insurance (including state -provided insurance), as well as assistance provided to clinical staff with receiving and completing appropriate credentialing paperwork for each insurance payor. As needed, this additional FTE would also cover responsibilities of the front desk to ensure phone and email support is available and timely for current and future clientele. Include Power Point for you or a representative of your department to presentation to the PMRT and BOCC. Include the following: 1. Title slide: title of request, name, role, and date. 2. Introduction/Overview: Briefly explain the business need, why is this request necessary for the department? 3. The additional resource will support the youth stabilization team and is intended to support individuals after a crisis situation, as patients transition from crisis to community services. This position is also part of an overall strategy to enhance Renew's ability to provide follow-up care between crisis services and outpatient or inpatient care.
