COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE 3: Approve invoice to the Grant County Economic Development Council p (EDC) in the amount of $37,500.00 for "Partnership in Prosperity" to be aid from Fund s ds 113.155 (Econ Enh SIP) and F 133.184 (Econ Rural Co). Approve 2025 Facilities Use and Rental Agreement between the Grant County Fairgrounds and :r Grant County for the use of the 4-H and Commercial Buildings hfor.the 2025 Grant County LEAD Summit taking place on November 5 and 6, 2025. #� 5. Approve Agreement regarding Use of County unty Property for Public Purpose to allow the Au tism Support Group of Grant County to utilize county propertyfor their event., ,the Autism Awareness Walk, taking place on September 20, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00.m. 6. Approve 2025 Marketing/Developmentp Contract Amendment #1 with Rachelle Baughman., Coulee Creative Co., to update Payment Terms in 8 man, Y alignment with the upcoming sales tax requirement. Term is from October 1, 2025, through December 2025. 7. Approve request for Rachelle Baughman, Coulee Creative Co. to sign g on behalf of Grant County for Amendment #1 to the Social Media Manager Contract Agreement date Agreement g ent with Westwind Media LLC to update g ement Payment Terms in alignment with the upcoming sales tax requirement. Term is from October 1, 2025 through December 2025. 8. Approve Recommendation of Appointment for the Tourism Advisory Committee, District 3 Vacancy. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT 10. Approve request to accept Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Grant in g the amount of $325,756.00. The grant term is May 23, 2025 through May 3 g y 0, 2028, to provide backup generator power to Grant County Fire District #3, # 7, and #10. Approve A&E Agreement with Coffman Engineers to provide service s es to evaluate and develop as-builts to install windows in the Wheeler Road Facilityfor Youth Services. ices. Coffman s anticipated fees will be $13,120, tax not included. The costs would be cov ered from the Facilities & Maintenance Professional Services Fund, which has a balance of $33,000.00. Approve Reimbursable Work Agreement between Grant County and Adams County for Asphalt Plant Inspection for Schoonover Rd. Project #1 CRP-180, to be completed no later than approximately September 29, 2025 to October 17, 2025 with six (6) days for inspection and up to a maximum of $8,000.00. RENEW 16. Approve request for Dell Anderson, Director, to DocuSign Amendment 1 to Contract No. K13553 between Washington State Department of Corrections and Grant County dba Renew for DOSA Services. New term is October 16, 2024 through October 15, 2026. 17. Approve Out of State Travel Request for Hector Zavala to attend Crisis Con 2025 in Indianapolis, IN. Dates of travel are September 28, 2025 through October 1, 2025.
