The Tourism Advisory Committee meeting was called to order by Pam Thorsen at 9:36 a.m. in person at the Grant County Courthouse, Hearing Room #101. Discussion was held about how many performance reviews should be done. Amanda clarified — one performance review done during the tenth month of the year. Discussion about written reports from Coulee Creative Co., data collection workload, Committee time for review, verbal updates and invoices, performance evaluations of the Committee. • Clerk called a Point of Order— Discussion has moved off topic from the motion on the table. ■ Amanda amended her motion to change itfrr"the tenth month to the ninth month, seconded by Arin.
