AND Sections 02 & 11 of T 21N R 28 EWM To Grant County PUD WHEREAS, A resolution transferring rights from Grant County Public Works to Grant County PUD Resolution 25-047-CC, unrecorded, contained errors, and, WHEREAS, in accordance with RCW 39.33.010, Grant County, a political subdivision of the State of Washington, acting through its Board of County Commissioners, recognizes the benefits of transferring jurisdiction of portions of county roads and rights -of -way, namely that portion of Excess rights along Stratford Road roadlog 94025 as described below and as shown in Exhibit A; LEGAL DESCRIPTION: a portion of excess rights- namely the outer 10 feet of 40 feet of rights, along the east side of Stratford Road, Also known as Old County Rd. 416, roadlog 94025 and as dedicated: PER AFN 152354 and PER AFN 158152 in Sections 14, 23, and 26 & 35 of T22N R28EWM PER AFN 1820699 149083 and 148765 In Sections 02 and 11 in T21N R28EWM PER AFN 419126 within the NWNW 1/4 Section 14 T21N R28EWM Parcels: 171282000, 171323000, 1710630009 3147040009 3147050009 1710640019 1710640029 171087000,171096014,171096015, 171089000,171091000,171096009,171096004, 1710960059171108000 All in Grant County, Washington, AND WHEREAS, the County Engineer recommends the Grant County Board of Commissioners proceed with the transfer of ownership to Grant County PUD as mutually agreed, per 3 9.3 3.010 and WHEREAS, Grant County Public Works retains a slope easement for future road improvements and safety measures as may be necessary, and \\GC-FILE-PW\GCPW\1 - Admin BoCC Meetings\1 - 2025\11 - November\11.10.2025\Resolution Correction.docx NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County Board of Commissioners, TRANSFER all interest in the rights -of -way as described above to the Grant County PUD; along with any existing authority and jurisdiction to accommodate new and existing power lines, communications lines and other franchised and/or permitted public and private utilities, hereby SUPERCEDING RESOLUTION 25-047-CC. -;�.� B r ara J� Uas CHIC; Clerk of the �oar'. day of ,lVo� �, 2025.
