RESOLUTION TO DECLARE
SURPLUS GRANT COUNTY
FAIRGROUNDS TRACTOR
AND MILHING PARLOR
EQUIPMENT
RESOLUTION No. 25- -CC
WHEREAS, The Grant County Fairgrounds has a Massey 383 Tractor (Asset No.
101453) and Miscellaneous Milking Parlor Equipment: and
WHEREAS, The Grant County Fairgrounds has determined that these items are no
longer needed; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Fairgrounds is requesting that the Grant County Board of
Commissioners declare surplus these items; and
WHEREAS, once surplused, they will be placed on the www.govdeals.com website for
sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the above -named items held by the Fairgrounds.
