RE: Time extension request - McKay Healthcare - Strategic Iqfrastructure Project- SIP Grant

Dear Ms. Stockton:
We are requesting a time extension for use of the remaining unspent funds in the above referenced
grant from December 10. 20.'2.5 to February 10, 2026. While McKay Healthcare' s contractor, Rice
Fergus Miller, is diligently working to complete its contract work funded by this SIP grant,
additional time is requested to accommodate the additional time to complete several change orders
to the scope of work and to process the remaining billing and reimbursements within the SIP
project term.

to meet with you and the Commissioners at your request.
