Under Grant County Unified Development Code (GCC) Chapter 23.04, Table 4, cannabis production and processing are expressly prohibited within the Agricultural (AG) zoning designation of unincorporated Grant County. The situs address provided is located within the AG zoning district and, therefore, the proposed use is not permitted. Furthermore, any modification to existing non -conforming uses, including changes to license location —whether incoming or outgoing —constitutes a violation of GCC 23.04.100(a)(1).
