Approve Content Creation Agreement with Sean Parker Photography and Ashley Kahhat and Grant County Tourism for a photography and social media content package in the amount of $8,000.00 to be paid from Fund 114.156 (Prof Serv). 3. Approve Resolution to Rescind Resolution 25-067-CC request to Declare Surplus to correct to a transfer of Public Works asset. 4. Approve Special Occasion Liquor License Application for the Communities in Schools of North Central Washington for an event taking place at the Crescent Bar Golf Course, 23618 Road 8.6 NW, Quincy WA 98848. Event date is September 26, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. — 6:00 p.m. 5. Approve recommendation of appointment for the Fair Advisory Committee. 6. Held from 8/26/25 Consent —Approve recommendation of Appointment from the Board of Health for the remainder of the term of the Primary Consumer of Public Health Seat. The partial term would end December 31, 2026. Approve request for a Public Hearing for a budget extension for Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) 2025-02 City of Moses Lake, SR 17 Yonezawa Intersection Project in the amount of 8. ° Approve reimbursement request from Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) on the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 20-206221G111 in the amount of $402.71 for February 2025 services. 9. Approve reimbursement request from Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) on the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 20-206221G111 in the amount of $334.45 for March 2025 services. 10. Approve reimbursement request from Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) on the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 20-206221G111 in the amount of $5,161.79 for April 2025 services. 11. Approve Amended Contract No. 2563-63741-01 with Department of Social & Health Services (DSHS) for Community Based Domestic Violence Emergency Shelter and Supportive Services. The amendment increases funds from $528,179.00 to $630,754.00 for the period of July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. PUBLIC WORKS 13. Approve 18t" Amendment to Consulting Services Agreement for Ephrata Landfill Remedial Investigation (RI), Feasibility Study (FS), and Cleanup Action Plan (CAP) between Grant County and Mott MacDonald, LLC, to increase the original consultant's fee by $10,000-00 and revise the subcontract term date, increasing by 153 days. New term date ends October 31, 2025. 14. Approve request to transfer certain county -owned property, equipment #7032 (2010 Ford Edge) from Public Works to the Board of County Commissioner's Office. No Public Hearing is required. 15. Approve Road Use Agreement between Grant County Public Works and Quincy Solar Energy, LLC to use the specified county roads for transporting various heavy equipment and materials. Original Conditional Use Permit granted August 14, 2020, extended to March 25, 2025. 16. Approve call for Request for Qualification (RFQ) for Consulting Engineering Services for Grant County Road, Bridge, and Public Works Projects. Anticipated schedule: Issue RFQ September 2, 2025, Submittals due October 6, 2025, Consultant Contract Executed October 27, 2025. RENEW 17. Approve renewal of 3-year subscription for paging system through Ednetics. Total cost is $14.,102.84 to be paid from Fund 108.150 (Dues, Subscriptions, Memberships). 18. Approve Program Agreement for DDA County Services between Washington State Department of Social &Health Services (DHSH) and Grant -Adams County DDA County Services. Term is from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 in the amount of $1,343,106.00. 19. Approve Resolution and Interlocal Agreement between Renew and the Royal School District regarding Counseling Services for the 2025-2026 School Year. 20. Approve Out of State Travel Request for Catalina Gusman to attend the Pacific Northwest (PNW) Employment Forum in Portland, OR. Dates of travel are September 28 through October 1, 2025.
