RE: SIP No. 02.23-02 Grant County International Airport Southwest Utility Extension
Dear Ms. Stockton:
This is a formal request to extend our completion date to December 31, 2026, for SIP No. 022-3-
02 Grant County International Airport Southwest Utility Extension in the amount of $500,000.
The original grant completion date was June 22, 2024.

Due to City staff turnover the review of design and approval for permitting is taking longer than
ever anticipated. We submitted plan sets In May and they are still under review. This delay has
push back project ad date into November/December '14-025. Once awarded we anticipate the protect
Will take 4 to 6 months to complete which puts the Port into the'2,026 calendar year for completion.,
