We will be supplying one maintenance tech from the courthouse staff to help at fair next week.
Doing building walkthroughs with Clear Risk and CBIZ
Working with City and Engineering firms on solutions for Wheeler Road Parking Lot. Great West will
be sending the engineering documents for the drainage swale then we should be able to move
forward.
Worked with Coffman Engineering on Wheeler Road windows. They are submitting a cost to
evaluate the building for how the windows can be installed.
Working on several grounds issues. Raising an irrigation box near the GEO that is a trip hazard,
patching the asphalt where the water leak occurred in parking lot G by the GEO and filling and
patching the hole in parking lot D behind the maintenance bui ldi ngs.
We are working on Lexi pol training.
Worked on Museum ADA access path. We are going to borrow the mini excavator from the
fairgrounds and dig a path across the gravel road, wide enough to form up a 4-foot-wide sidewalk.
This will be worked on next week.
Worked on Museum Reader board. The footing is poured and waiting on Marshal Sign for install
date.
The Courthouse staff will also be working on the roof of the doctor and dentist bui ldi ng to stop
Leaks. The screws are backing out of the metal roof.
Working on items found duringfire alarm systems annual inspections
Working on RFBs for Wheeler Road roof top unit and YS Fan coil unit replacements.
RENEW had RFB for sealing the parking lot in Grand Coulee opening on 7-31. Jeff posted this bid
and has interested contractors this time.
Thursday night a person broke one of the trees off in front of the courthouse. A complaint has been
filed with Ephrata PD. Emerald Desert nursery had two gingko bi loba trees in inventory, but they
were not straight. They are looking to see if they can get one that is ten feet tall and straight.
Interviewing Maintenance 4 candidate this Thursday.
Re -model of PA officei is in progress.
