Z R D1: D2: D3: FtECE�VE'D JUL 31 2025 4/23/24 GRANT COItNv COMMISSIONER GRANT COUNTY Board of Equalization July 31, 2025 Grant County Board of Commissioners RE: Request for Compensation for At -Home Material Review Commissioners: Pursuant to RCW 84.48.010, the Board of Equalization conducts Hearings to listen and vote on petitions for Review of Property Valuation Determinations. To be best prepared for these Hearings, Board members have been conducting at- home material review of petitions and supporting documents, for which they are not currently compensated. The Board feels that this review time is essential to be prepared for the Hearings, deliberations, and decisions that must be made. The Board respectfully requests compensation for this at-home review time at their hourly rate of $25.00 per hour, with the understanding that they will only request compensation for at-home review time consisting of 30 minutes or more.
