I received a resignation letter, effective immediately, on August 11th from Commissioner Glenn Leland. His resignation leftthe Port of Mattawa with onlyone (1) Board memberand withouta quorum.The lackof quorum leaves the Port unable to conduct business. I am recommending the Board of Commissioners appoint Kevin Anderson to the vacant position 1 seat. I have met with Mr. Anderson and he will accept the interim appointment.
