There are two more desks on order for Public works, and a new top for Willow's office that need to be re -installed since she moved back to her office in Development Services. • ATS, a BAS software firm, was here Friday to go over the BAS for the Public Works Administration building. While here Abel and I asked to have user levels added for admin access and lower level users. Figured out issue with fan coil unit by breakroom, there was check box that had been disabled. • Talked to City of ML about getting waivers for wheeler parking lot. The person I talked to asked for a letter to be written itemizing what the County would like to have removed. My thoughts are the curb, gutter, sidewalk, road front landscaping and parking lot landscaping should not be required as there are utilities marked in the space they would go along the road front with power lines overhead and the parking lot landscaping would reduce parking available for the public. • Working on RFQ for RENEW. The amount that the Architect submitted was 3 times greater than the $50,000 fee limit in the AE on call roster RFQ called out. • District Court Access Control, a grant was submitted to add 5 doors in the Old Courthouse, Annex and Wheeler Road facility. • Started entering in New Jail Building information in Limble. This will take quite a bit of time to enter all the data. • Issues with Deliveries from FedEx. I was wondering about having the deliveries all go to the mailroom and the departments would pick them up there. • Reviewed request for ADA access to YS with Blair. • Ordering parts for Wheeler Road to put bathroom back together. It will cost about $600 which can be paid for from Interior Improvements capital • Looking to purchase a 2015 Chevrolet Truck from Public Works for new Sheriff's Facility Maintenance, $8000.00. This will get paid from the maintenance operating expenses. • Courthouse lawn was not getting water. Found a bad connection in the irrigation controller and also a bad solenoid valve in zone three which is in the SE corner of the lawn. • Staff is working on LexiPol training. There is approximately nine hours of content to in the assigned lessons. • Maintenance staff is working on installation of the time clocks.
