Approve Extension Request from McKay Healthcare on the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) No. 2024-05 Phase 1 Master Planning project, from August 20, 2025 to December 31, 2025. 4. Approve Extension Request from McKay Healthcare on the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) No. 2023-01 Architecture & Engineering Site Plan Project, from August 1, 2025 to December 3112025. Remaining balance is $28,343.84. 5. DENY Change of Location Cannabis License Application for Calyx and Trichome Creations, Inc. to be located at 15074 Beverly Burk Road South Suite C & D, Royal City, WA 98357. This has been reviewed by Development Services. 6. Approve Special Occasion Liquor License Application for Highrollers for an event taking place at 34228 Park Lake Rd. Approve reimbursement request from Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) on the Community Development Block Grant — Public Services (CDBG-PS) No. 24-62210-005 in the amount of$100,743.97to include County Admin fees, for the months of November and December, 2024 and January through May, 2025. 8. Approve reimbursement request from Renew on the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) CV2, No. 20-6221C-111 in the amount of $11,850.42 for May 2025. 9. Approve reimbursement request from Renew on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Suicide Prevention category in the amount of $20,037.34 for May 2025 services. 10. Approve reimbursement request from Renew on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) for Designated Crisis Response (DCR) May 2025 in the amount of $24,.165.45 and Suicide Prevention June 2025 in the amount of $12.,229.58., totaling to $36,395.03. 11. Approve reimbursement request from City of Moses Lake on the Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 24-46108-10 in the amount of $35,259.84 for June 2025 services. Approve Resolution and request for Suzi Fode, Director, to DocuSign the Washington State Department of Commerce Interagency Agreement No. S26-31108-007 for services provided by New Hope through the Office of Crime Victims Advocacy (OCVA) Community Services Division for Domestic Violence Legal Advocacy in the amount of $23,247.00 for state fiscal year July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Approve request to purchase equipment for the Assessor's Office not in the 2025 budget. Equipment is two (2) new/unused 2025 Ford Bronco (E7B) Big Bend 4 Door 4x4. Total dollar amount: $128.,413.31. RENEW 17. Approve Out of State Travel Request for Nicole Davidson, Brooke Decubber, Jennica Rocha and Sue Sherwood to attend the Qualifacts Customer Conference in Nashville, TN. Dates of travel are September 29, 2025 through October 1, 2025. Estimated cost is $2,710.00 per person, total amount is $10,840.00 to be paid from Fund 108.150. 18. Approve Out of State Travel Request for Angela Clay and Taylor Schrodt to attend the Premier Trauma Conference in Anaheim, CA. Dates of travel are October 7 through 11, 2025. Estimated cost is $2,.917.00, total amount is $5,834.22 to be paid from Fund 108.150. 19. Approve Commercial Lease Agreement between Moberg Investment Properties, LLC and Grant County dba Renew for property at 1441 East Yonezawa, Moses Lake. Term of agreement is January 1, 2026 through January 31, 2031. TECHNOLOGY SERVICES 20. Approve Order Form Number Q3213935 with Carahsoft Technology Corporation for the annual Zoom renewal. 21. Approve Purchase Order No. 1038 to Linev Systems for Conpass DV Extended Warranty used by the Grant County Sheriff's Office in the amount of $18,.674.74. Term is from July 24, 2025 through July 23, 2026. This is a budgeted software maintenance expense to be paid from Fund 501.179.
