Ordinance No. 25-059- and published in accordance with Local and state Laws,
CC Commissioner Jones opened the public hearing on Julv 7.
2025, at 3:00 p.m. to consider the adoption of an Ordinance
relating to the amendment of Chapter 9.07 of the Grant
County Code regarding potentialLy dangerous dogs and
dangerous dogs.
Barbara Duerbeck gave an overview of the ordinance and of
the request.
No Public Comment was given.
MOVED BY COMMISSIONER CARTER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER JONES, TO
CLOSE THE PUBLIC COMMENT PORTION OF THE HEARING. MOTION PASSED WITH
TWO COMMISSIONERS IN ATTENDANCE.
FoLLowing the motion, it was
MOVED BY COMMISSIONER CARTER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER JONES, TO
APPROVE THE ORDINANCE AS PRESENTED. MOTION PASSED WITH TWO
COMMISSIONERS IN ATTENDANCE,
