RESOLUTION DECLARING RESOLUTION No. 25- 0((?I-CC
PERSONAL PROPERTY SURPLUS
FOR SALE TO ANOTHER
GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.34.010, the Grant County Board of County
Commissioners has the authority to decide whether real or personal property owned by the county is
surplus to the needs of the county; and
WHEREAS, Grant County Public Works owns one (1) 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Pickup,
Equipment #2211 and
WHEREAS, Grant County Central Services has a need for this vehicle and desires to
purchase it in the amount of $8,000.00 to be paid from Fund 001.112; and
WHEREAS, Grant County Public Works has requested that the Grant County Board of
County Commissioners declare this vehicle to be surplus to the needs of the department and order the
sale thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the above -named vehicle and ordering the sale thereof to Grant
County Central Services.
