We are requester cy a time extension for use of the remaininer unspent fund 3 QQ4 itrthe above

referenced grant from August 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. This Will enable McKay Healthcare
to complete additional site planning work and sync the completion date for this grant With the
completion date for the remaining SIP grant (SIP 2024-07) which is also December 31, 2025.
Also.. as indicated in previous correspondence, the City of Soap Lake hasn't completed the rezone
a -
change and recently announced a change in their planning department beginning August 1, 2025

that could further delay their approval of the rezone request. There is a possibility that some of
these funds could be used to respond to additional information requests regarding the rezone for
this project.
