RE: Time extension request - McKay Healthcare - Strategic Inftastructure Project- SIP Grant
No. 2024-05
Dear Ms. Stock -ton:
We are requesting a time extension for use of the remaining unspent funds in the above referenced
grant from August 20, 2025 to December 31, 2025. This will enable McKay Healthcarels
contractor, Rice Fergus Miller, to complete any unfinished design detail work with the construction
documents phase and sync the completion date for this grant (SIP Grant No. 2024-05-) with the
completion date for the remaining SIP grant 2024-07 which is also December 31, 2025.
