Approve Out of State Travel Request for Deputy Ben Smithson to travel to Helena, Montana to attend the Montana Violent Crime Investigators Conference. Travel dates are October 6, 2025 through October 10, 2025. Estimated cost is $912.00 with a special invitation that included a waiver of registration fees. Barbara Duerbeck gave an overview of the ordinance and of the request. No Public Comment was given.
