RESOLUTION TO DECLARE RESOLUTION No. 25- 051 -CC
SURPLUS GRANT COUNTY
PUBLIC WORKS COUNTY -
OWNED VEHICLES AND/OR
EQUIPMENT AND ORDERING
THE SALE THEREOF
WHEREAS, Grant County Public Works has the following County Owned Vehicles
and/or Equipment to surplus and dispose of:
• 2008 Bomag BW11RH Roller (Qty. 2)
• 2012 Bomag BW 11 RH Roller
• 2007 Bomag BW11RH Roller
• 2003 Freightliner/Bearcat Dist.
• 2003 Trail Eze Sliding Axle Trailer
• 2007 Ford 500 Sedan
• 2006 Interstate Tilt Trailer
• 1999 Burke Hot Tank
WHEREAS, Public Works has determined that equipment is no longer needed by Grant
County; and
WHEREAS, Public Works is requesting that the Grant County Board of Commissioners
declare surplus these items; and
WHEREAS, once surplused, this equipment will be sold via www.publicsurplus.com
and/or www.govdeals.com.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
