Dear Commissioners,,
The Port of warden respectfully requests a one-year �.
� � ar extension through ,August 20, 2025—of
the $100,000 SIP Funding ward (2024-02) to support Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Truck Access
Bypass Road Project.
To date, we've been collaborating closely with WSDOT to fulfill the requirements tied to the 1=Y
2023 & 2024 Federal Community Project Funding for the Port
of warden Road Infrastructure
Improvement & Expansion Project.
Given the project's complexity and the thorough environmental mental and design reviews underway,
we need additional time to finalize deliverables without compromising srng quality or compliance.
We appreciate your patience and continued support. Granting g this t access and extensiregional economic
will ensure
seamless progress toward our shared goals of Improved freight •rn�c
growth.
