Professional Services) to pay the Opioid Abatement Council FY2026
Invoice from Chelan County. (The Public Hearing was scheduled on

and Moore Roads to Golf Cart Zone

Approved via This being the date set, and proper notices having been posted
Ordinance No. 25-055- and published in accordance with local and state laws,
Cc Commissioner Jones opened the public hearing on Julvv 1
2025, at 3:00 a.m. to consider an Ordinance amending
Chapter 11.34 of the Grant County Code titled "Operation of
Golf Carts". The amendment would add a subsection entitled
"Blue Lake and Moore Roads", allowing use of Golf Carts along
these roads/areas.

Barb O'Neil, Engineer Tech 5, gave a brief description of the
request. This is to correct a hearing that was held in 2021
which omitted these roads Golf Cart Zone (but were added to
the WATV Zone).
No Public Comment was given.

CLOSE THE PUBLIC COMMENT PORTION OF THE HEARING. MOTION PASSED
