AUDITOR'S OFFICE
1. Approve payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080,
and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW
42.24.0901 as recorded on a listing, and made available to the Board.

2. Approve Commissioner's Minutes for the week of May 19, 2025.
3. Approve reimbursement request from Community Services of Moses Lake (Moses Lake Food
Bank) on the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Grant No. K5556 in the amount of
$23,023.07
4. Approve reimbursement request from Renew on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) in the
amount of $11,097.74 for April services under the Designated Crisis Response (DCR) category.
FACILITIES &MAINTENANCE
5. Approve request to purchase an electronic reader board for the Grant County Museum. Lowest
bid received was from Marshall Sign in the amount of $13,747.00. The Museum received a grant
to pay for the cost of the sign, but there are costs for supplying electrical in the estimated
amount of $3,500.00 to be paid out of the Museum Maintenance fund. Current balance is
$155,299.00.
JUVENILE COURT & YOUTH SERVICES
6. Approve request for Suhail Palacios, Director, to DocuSign for Agreement DCYF #2563-62970
between the State of Washington Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) and Grant
County Juvenile Court & Youth Services for the Juvenile Court Block Grant Contract. Term of the
contract is July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027.
7. Approve request for Suzi Fode, Director, to DocuSign a renewal contract No. 2563-62908 with
the State of Washington Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) and Grant County
New Hope for the Domestic Violence Workfirst program. Term of the contract is July 1, 2025
through June 30, 2026 in the amount of $31.,000.00.

8. Approve request for reimbursable work with Adams County Public Works for the rental of
Chipspreader, operator and pickup for sealcoating, completed by August 1, 2025 for a maximum
amount of $60,000.00
9. Approve request for Andy Booth, Director, to DocuSign Agreement #TCPRA-19210CrCoPW-
00052 Amendment No. 4 with the Department of Ecology to extend the expiration date from
June 30, 2025 to December 31, 2026.

10. Approve Amendment No. 6 to Agreement for Provision of Services between Carelon Behavioral
Health Inc. and Grant County dba Renew. Term is July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.
