Request to surplus capital asset from our department: Crossmatch fingerprinting
device (asset tag #104483); serial #000659917.C2013. We have replaced this
obsolete unit. TS has custody of the device and reports they will be
disposing of it in the landfill.

RESOLUTION TO DECLARE RESOLUTION No. 25- e9S -CC
SURPLUS JUVENILE COURT &
YOUTH SERVICES
CROSSHATCH
FINGERPRINTING DEVICE
WHEREAS, The Grant County Juvenile Court & Youth Services has a Crossmatch
Fingerprinting Device, with Asset Tag No. 104483, Serial #000659917.C2013; and,
WHEREAS, This device was removed from the Grant County Juvenile Court & Youth Services
Department; and,
WHEREAS, The Grant County Juvenile Court & Youth Services has determined that this device
is obsolete and has been replaced; and,
WHEREAS, the Grant County Juvenile Court & Youth Services is requesting that the Grant
County Board of Commissioners declare surplus this device; and,
WHEREAS, once surplused, this Fingerprinting Device will be transferred to Grant County
Technology Services to be disposed of in the landfill.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the Crossmatch Fingerprinting Device.
