State of Washington Tourism Annual Conference at the Davenport Grand Hotel in
Spokane, WA. Dates of travel are 10/8 - 10/10. Estimated cost per person is $1,060 per
person to be paid from Fund 114.156. A budget reallocation may be needed for registration.

Please include on the next Consent Agenda for the Grant County Board of Commissioners:
The Grant County Tourism Advisory Committee requests consent to send the following two TAC
members (Lynne Lynch and Amanda Laramore) and our Marketing Manager (Rachelle
Baughman) to the State of Washington Tourism's annual tourism conference, October 8-10, 2025
in Spokane, WA. Costs will include mileage, per diem as appropriate for times of conference (TBD),
and overnight stay at the Davenport Grand at a rate of $179/night. Please note the nightly rate of
the Grand is above the standard Grant County reimbursement rate. Estimated cost (including
Grand nightly rate) is $1,060 per person.
