The purpose of this amendment is to extend the expiration date of the agreement to 12/3 1 /1.026 and to redistribute the budget among tasks. These actions must be conducted in compliance with the Model Toxics Control Act. All sampling and analysis data collected under this task must be entered into the ECOLOGY Environmental Information Management (EIM) database in accordance with the schedule in Agreed Order DE 3810 and prior to ECOLOGY making the final grant peaynient.
